@L_briley @Nerdy_Addict I have bad depression and anxiety, I have been on meds since 2014. I went 3 years without leaving my house pretty much. I knew water and music was my calming so in 2018 I moved to the beach, I became a totally different person. There were days I didn't even need my anxiety meds.
