@kellygordonmn Imagine how much money pharmacies would save if they mandated and provided N95 masks for their employees. (it would also save lives, but I think they would be more excited about the money).
@AdairaLandryMD Don't give your pets new treats or table scraps around the holidays. The veterinary ERs are overbooked & understaffed & there is a long line of diarrhea/ vomiting from everyone else who thought that was going to be a good idea.
@MeetJess My coworker's daughter had her first seizure when she had COVID last year. Now she has seizures regularly and has been diagnosed with epilepsy. No one has connected it to the COVID.
@silvervixen62 @CDCgov The CDC pretzled itself a new definition of "community levels" that is based on their definition of hospital strain d/t COVID. Then they made the definition of hospitalized d/t COVID require treatment with specific drugs that are not commonly used (Remdesivir, Dex, etc.).
@alexmeshkin Yup, at least one employee out sick every day the last three weeks. Two repair guys cancelled b/c they are COVID positive. We still mask so thankfully no intraoffice spread, though.
‘General Hospital’ Actor Exits Show Without Completing Filming Due to Health Issues
The actor, who has portrayed Nikolas Cassadine for the last few seasons, will not be properly wrapping up on set after complications following a recent bout of Covid https://t.co/GGzGS69TRs
@thght_rebellion @wsbgnl National contact tracing, free PCR testing & N95 masks, mask mandates in schools, stores, public transit, & medical facilities. At the very least, modeling proper mask wearing and not pulling it down to cough or talk to high risk children in hospitals! $ for Long COVID research.
@cmclymer I hope I'm wrong but- Trump never indicted, more people die of COVID than any previous year/we keep pretending it's over, increasing "sudden deaths" that people will either blame on COVID or the vaccine or the "lockdowns", massive supply chain issues & worker shortages.
