@CamonErbach@JosephPolitano @rockets4all2 If you look closer the graph shows $9 billion in foreign humanitarian aid, which is less than a fifth of a percent of the total federal budget (6.75 trillion). For comparison, the value of Musk's stock in Tesla went up by $13 billion today.

@EricMGarcia I hope Harris hammers housing in this campaign, she has a really good opportunity to polarize yimbyism right now. Because the housing crisis is concentrated in liberal cities/states, the more republicans shit on it, the easier it'll be to get housing built in liberal bastions.
@besttrousers There were lots of arguments between open-uppers who cited economists and lockdowners who cited epidemiologists, but I don't think the economists and epidemiologists themselves really disagreed about anything.
