As we recover from Friday’s storm, we’re monitoring another system expected tonight and tomorrow that may cause additional outages. Our crews will stay focused on repairs from Friday’s storm first + will work 24/7 until all customers affected by either event have power restored.
If you experience an outage due to the incoming storm, please report it to us. Every outage report provides critical information that helps us plan restoration work.
⚠ Assume downed power lines are live + dangerous
⚠ Stay 30+ ft from downed lines and anything they might be touching
⚠ Be careful where lines are tangled in trees or debris
⚠ Never remove debris from equipment
⚠ Never drive over a downed line
📞 Report ASAP to 911
As local power lines are repaired and put back in service, damage to individual customer service wires may become apparent. If your neighbor's power is on and yours is not, the problem may be isolated to your individual service. If this happens, please let us know ⤵️
Thank you for hanging in there with us. We know being without power is frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and support as our crews work as quickly and safely as possible to get everyone restored. Stay safe!
Our crews made significant progress yesterday and have restored power to about 95% of customers impacted by Friday's windstorm. We continue working 24/7 to restore service to about 1,700 remaining customers, and we expect to have most back up and running by 11 p.m.
Restoration times will continue to be updated on our outage map: https://t.co/SRFLDFiwVc. You can also text STAT to 544487 for an update for your home.
