Pleased to know about the notable achievement of Odisha’s SHGs at the West Bengal SARAS Mela.

The Agarbatti SHG of Jagatsinghpur securing first position for highest sales, and the Golden Grass SHG of Kendrapara winning second position in the best product category, is a matter of pride for the State.

Our Subhadras exemplify resilience, creativity and enterprise, reflecting the true strength of Nari Shakti. The Government of Odisha remains steadfast in its commitment to women empowerment by promoting self-reliance and expanding opportunities for women-led livelihoods across the State.

I extend my hearty congratulations to the SHG members, as well as to the concerned Department, for their dedicated efforts and support.
