Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week 🧠🗣️
This year's theme is "Action". Whilst raising awareness is vital, real change comes when we take action, too.
For yourself: Choose one positive action that works for you!
For someone else: What can you do to help build mentally healthy communities, workplaces and schools?
