@advocate_alakh Sir the covid-19 situation in Orissa is also unmanageable. But they are doing offlineexam on behalf of banibihar utkalunivesity here in Bhubaneswar. While ugc and sc clearly mentioned that students can't permot without exam but the mode of exam depends on state gov.
