लेकिन filled original omr vs scanned uploaded OMR scam के खिलाफ किए जा रहे मामलों में highcourts मामलों को बस इतना बोल के dismiss कर दे रहे कि मात्र संदेह के आधार पर original OMR नही दिखा सकते ऐसा धोखा क्यों
