Day 2 in the books for our max out sessions, over 137 kids today! Keep up the hard work, last day is tomorrow. If you have missed, tomorrow is a chance to make up your sessions you have missed.

We had 141 athletes make the decision to get to the weight room today for day 1 of our max out sessions, it was awesome to see! Day 2 tomorrow at either 6 AM or 7 AM. If you missed day 1, you can still attend the next 2 days!

Congratulations to Kyia Clark for qualifying for the Drake Relays! Kyia will run the 100 next Friday morning. To qualify your time must be in the top 32 in all classes. Kyia holds the 27th fastest time in the state of Iowa. ⁦⁦@KDSNRadio⁩
