A nearly 70-year-old Orthodox church has been reduced to ruins in northern Saskatchewan, with investigators yet to determine what sparked the blaze.

The problem is people thinking immigration is down.
Immigration is down against recent peaks, unsustainable highs, but benchmarked over years, it is still high.
Taking in 393,000 permanent residents last year is down from 483K the year before but still much higher than the norm.
