@amazonIN, there is no scope for talking to the customer care executive regarding the RUDE behaviour of the delivery agent. Only one can give ratings and feedback. Very poor management of the customer care system. It's the worst experience so far.

In that interview, Prof said that the most imp thing to notice how fast water is getting out of the area. The timescale he mentioned was hour scale. Please keep some information about your constituency. In #Panihati it takes 5-7 days after raining.

@MamataOfficial @CMOWestBengal Overnight or a 3 hours heavy rain causes waterlogging in Panihati muncipality area. But it stays for 3-4 days in few areas even more than 6-7 days in few, like Agarpara. Water enters into houses and shops, stays for the same period.
