@AnotherMichaelR@fey_xbt The fault is a collective one. Over generations, various standards/expectations slipped and now you’re “extreme” or “unrealistic” to expect anyone to wait until marriage. Now many parents give their high schoolers condoms and/or birth control.
@Iruka_Uzumaki@fey_xbt I’m just seeing your response. I’m sure the change in work dynamics effects everything but the issue is more in WHO men and woman are, in America/the west today. Not how much money they make or what they do for a living, necessarily.
@RAWigger Our culture hasn’t produced anything like that for a long time, maybe there are a few isolated cases here and there. But to raise that up as if it’s something “we’re” capable of is just dishonest and sort of deluded
