@KnightEconCA@BrandonWealth You can reinvest the dividends and probably end up with like a 9% yield on cost over 20 years. Good way to create cash flow if that's simpler than selling shares in retirement
@BubleQe I got put onto cpx from your posts. Eventually bought and am a happy shareholder. Listened to a podcast recently with the CEO speaking on data centres and was impressed with the man's breadth of knowledge.
@NewcomerInvest I think this is an example of investing in management teams you trust. I often challenge my beliefs by asking myself "who is more likely to have deep knowledge on this - me, or the seasoned and successful CEO in the industry?" Of course this only works with trustworthy management
@SteveWps Would you consider chest and triceps on the same day as they are complimentary (push) muscles? Or do you prefer tris on an "easier" day like shoulder day

..yea, probably not.
@thenicklavery When someone implies that smart at something because of some inherent advantage I tell them I'm smart at that thing because I've stared at the book longer than they have. It's really simple, and they can do it too. The same is true for most things in life.
