Great leaders TAKE responsibility for problems, even when they donβt have to. Instead of the blame game, they GIVE a solution and implement the right accountability measures to fix it.

Option 3: Cast a clear vision for where YOU are going.
Imagine being upset that the President of the United States wonβt mow your lawn. Crazy, right? You know that the President has OTHER things to focus on. Make sure people know the mission youβre on. This clears confusion.
Option 2: Just Say, βNo.β π€―
This one seems simple. βNo.β is a complete sentence. You are not required to explain yourself, nor are you required to sit in guilt/shame about not taking on a new project. Where youβre going is just as important as where they are going.
