It may seem old school but a written ledger/notebook works. Break it down by the month & types of expenditures. The more detailed the easier it is to track.
If you don’t track cash expenditures as they occur they will be lost & forgotten. It can be a tedious process but it makes all the difference. Remember the 🔑 to control is to track.
