تقدّمت شركة "سبيس إكس" رسميا بطلب تسجيل طرحها العام الأولي لدى هيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات الأميركية، في خطوة قد تمهد لأكبر اكتتاب في تاريخ الأسواق المالية.

وبحسب التفاصيل الأولية، تستهدف الشركة جمع نحو 80 مليار دولار عبر إدراج أسهمها في بورصة ناسداك تحت الرمز «SPCX»، مع توقعات ببدء التداول في 12 يونيو المقبل.

كما كشفت الوثائق أن إيرادات «سبيس إكس» بلغت 4.69 مليارات دولار خلال الربع الأول من 2026، فيما وصلت السيولة النقدية لدى الشركة إلى 15.8 مليار دولار حتى نهاية مارس الماضي.

وسيواصل إيلون ماسك قيادة الشركة بصفته الرئيس التنفيذي والرئيس التقني ورئيس مجلس الإدارة بعد الإدراج المرتقب.

أبلغت شركة ميتا بلاتفورم آلاف الموظفين بإنهاء خدماتهم، وذلك ضمن عملية إعادة هيكلة سبق الإعلان عنها، وتهدف إلى خفض التكاليف بالتزامن مع استثمارات ضخمة تضخها الشركة في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي.

وبدأت الشركة صباح الأربعاء بإخطار الموظفين حول العالم، حيث تلقى العاملون في آسيا الإشعارات عند الساعة الرابعة فجراً بتوقيت سنغافورة، فيما يُتوقع أن يتلقى الموظفون في الولايات المتحدة الإشعارات خلال ساعات الصباح، وفقاً لمذكرة داخلية.

كما طلبت الشركة من الموظفين العمل من المنزل خلال تنفيذ خطة تقليص تشمل نحو 8 آلاف وظيفة على مستوى العالم. ومن المتوقع أن تطال هذه الجولة الأخيرة من التسريحات بشكل خاص فرق الهندسة وتطوير المنتجات، فيما أشار أشخاص مطلعون على خطط الشركة إلى احتمال تنفيذ عمليات تسريح إضافية لاحقاً خلال العام الجاري

أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب أن عدداً من الدول من مختلف أنحاء العالم، ومعظمها غير منخرط في النزاع الدائر في الشرق الأوسط، طلبت من الولايات المتحدة المساعدة في تأمين خروج سفنها العالقة في مضيق هرمز، رغم عدم ارتباطها بالأحداث الجارية، مؤكداً أن هذه الدول تُعد أطرافاً محايدة لا علاقة لها بالنزاع.

وأوضح في منشور له على منصة "تروث" أن الولايات المتحدة أبلغت هذه الدول استعدادها لتوجيه سفنها وتأمين خروجها بشكل آمن من الممرات المائية المقيدة، بما يتيح لها استئناف أنشطتها التجارية بصورة طبيعية، مشيراً إلى أن هذه السفن تعود لدول لا صلة لها بما يحدث حالياً في المنطقة.

وأضاف أنه وجّه ممثليه للعمل على ضمان سلامة السفن وأطقمها خلال خروجها من المضيق، لافتاً إلى أن هذه السفن لن تعود إلى المنطقة إلى حين استقرار الأوضاع وعودة الملاحة إلى طبيعتها.

وبيّن أن هذه العملية، التي أُطلق عليها «مشروع الحرية»، ستنطلق صباح يوم الاثنين بتوقيت الشرق الأوسط، مشيراً في الوقت ذاته إلى وجود مباحثات إيجابية بين ممثلي بلاده وإيران، قد تسفر عن نتائج إيجابية لجميع الأطراف.

وأكد أن تحريك السفن يهدف إلى تخفيف معاناة أشخاص وشركات ودول لم ترتكب أي مخالفة، بل وجدت نفسها متأثرة بظروف خارجة عن إرادتها، معتبراً أن هذه الخطوة تمثل بادرة إنسانية من جانب الولايات المتحدة ودول الشرق الأوسط، وبشكل خاص إيران.

وأشار إلى أن العديد من هذه السفن تعاني من نقص في الإمدادات الغذائية والاحتياجات الأساسية اللازمة لاستمرار عمل أطقمها في ظروف صحية مناسبة، معتبراً أن هذه المبادرة قد تسهم في تعزيز حسن النية بين الأطراف المعنية بعد أشهر من التوتر.

وشدد على أنه في حال تم عرقلة هذا المسار الإنساني بأي شكل من الأشكال، فإن التعامل مع ذلك سيتم بحزم.

أعلنت المدينة الإعلامية قطر تجاوز عدد الشركات المرخصة لديها حاجز 500 شركة، في مؤشر على النمو المتسارع الذي يشهده قطاعا الإعلام والصناعات الإبداعية في الدولة.

وأوضحت أن هذا التطور يعكس نمواً بنسبة 60% منذ بداية العام الجاري، وارتفاعاً بمقدار خمسة أضعاف مقارنة بعام 2024، مدفوعاً بالتوسع في مجالات الألعاب الإلكترونية، والمحتوى الرقمي التفاعلي، والإنتاج الإعلامي، إلى جانب التقنيات الرقمية.

وبيّنت أن نحو 60% من الشركات المرخصة تندرج ضمن فئة الشركات الناشئة، في حين تمثل الشركات القادمة من خارج منطقة الشرق الأوسط قرابة 70%، ما يعكس الطابع الدولي المتنامي للمدينة.

أفادت تقارير إعلامية بأن شركة «سبيس إكس» تجري مباحثات مع صندوق الاستثمارات العامة السعودي، لبحث إمكانية استحواذ الصندوق على حصة رئيسية بقيمة 5 مليارات دولار ضمن الطرح العام الأولي المرتقب للشركة، وذلك نقلاً عن مصادر مطلعة.

وبحسب المصادر، التي فضّلت عدم الكشف عن هويتها نظراً لسرية المناقشات، فإن هذا الاستثمار قد يساهم في الحد جزئياً من تراجع قيمة الحصة الحالية للصندوق في الشركة، والتي تقل قليلاً عن 1%.

وتعمل الشركة المتخصصة في تصنيع الصواريخ الفضائية على استقطاب مستثمرين رئيسيين قبيل إدراجها المحتمل في سوق الأسهم، إلى جانب قياس مستوى اهتمام المستثمرين بصفقة بهذا الحجم.

وتهدف الشركة إلى جمع نحو 75 مليار دولار من خلال الطرح، وهو ما قد يتجاوز طروحات قياسية سابقة، مثل إدراج أرامكو السعودية في عام 2019 وعلي بابا في عام 2014. ولم يُتخذ قرار نهائي حتى الآن، فيما تظل تفاصيل الصفقة عرضة للتغيير وفقاً للمصادر.
