•However, when popcorn is mixed with sugar, thereby changing its essential character to a sugar confectionery (e.g., caramel popcorn), it attracts 18% GST.

A: NO, there is no new imposition of tax in this regard. It is merely a clarification to address the confusion caused by certain field units demanding different tax rates for similar products. The GST Council recommended this clarification to resolve disputes arising from varying interpretations.

The bigger Problem with #V3Error is not that there is an issue with site or due to load on server but the fact that literally every time we have to cancel the form and fill it up again.

It is criminal wastage of men-hours and it does not get reported anywhere.. in the end, we see data of how many forms are filed this year vs previous year without realising that we (qualified and semi qualified professionals) are spending more time doing work that is neither productive or remunerative.

Just clerical work with criminal liability even in cases of genuine mistakes.

Sir I was defrauded online last evening and my account got washed away fully.I filed a complaint in juhu police station immediately.The police says nothing can be done but however has taken my application. Need justice. Fraudster also challenging me that police can't do anything.
