@StaciAllmaras A4. Administration needs to understand that unless staff and students feel safe they will never be ready to learn. The staff and students also need to know how to respond if and when there is ever a crisis. This should be outlined in your policy manual. #msum640

@StaciAllmaras A3. If the principal does not understand these issues they will be doing a disservice to staff and students. We continue to see mental health issues grow. Knowledge of deescalation tools to use and how to use them is beneficial to be able to role model for staff and students.

@StaciAllmaras A2. Without management and instructional leadership everyone does their own thing. This becomes unorganized chaos and you are no longer all working together. The last couple years our district keeps saying your all good alone but your better together. #msum640

@StaciAllmaras A 1. From a management stand point you need to make sure the school has stability. Staff need to feel supported and safe. In leadership you need to constantly be motivating and creating a growth mindset for all. Learning for all involved. #msum640
