@lastminute_com This is unacceptable @lastminute_com. My flight was cancelled and For over a month I’ve dealt with mixed messages, no clear communication, and repeated calls/emails going nowhere. Now I’m told only part of the flight was refunded with zero proper explanation. Sort this out ASAP
