start to notice things about people around you that you admire or not. Then, ponder the fact that whatever you have noted is the result of a habit.
Then, turn that insight toward yourself as well
To continue to up level your life, you will be breaking and replacing habits that created the life you currently are living. Some of the habits could be nearly as old as you are and will take focus to swap.
Another level always require a new way of thinking.

Essentially, a set of entirely new habits
as I was gearing up for this month’s Life Planning Session with myself and God, I thought, the most interesting person I know would have more time to dedicate to interesting pursuits.
She would actually be proficient in several of these areas. Living those out more clearly....

2. Instead of dreaming about doing something one day, you get to start today
3. always have something new and exciting in the pipeline
If you change no habits this week, this month, this year you will continue to get more in your life of what you already have.
You already know what your current habits are producing—you only have to look around.
your habits are stopping you from living a more interesting life.
You are in the habit of thinking, doing, and being all that makes up your current life. Every single thing can be traced to a habit.
You can change a habit.
What habits does your ideal version of you have?
-How does she plan her time?
-prioritize?
-believe is possible?
-budget (time and money)?
-What would she not do?
What would she stop doing that you currently do to free up space for what she actually wants to do?
To live a better life consider what you already do or don’t do, think and believe and the possibilities of doing new, more intriguing things.
Remember, everything you currently do is a result of a habit you currently have. You can change these.
