You guys even after being so long in the business not have a single human as customer representative. My order was cancelled and 1022 rs have not being refunded yet. There are only automated replys.

@ZeptoNow Even the promise of 25% discount on each referral was not kept. I didnt receive any coupon after my friend's 1st order, she used my referral to create an account on zepto.
You guys don't even have any working customer care system.
