Ford's attack on the Greenbelt is not about providing homes to the families and individuals who just want a decent place they can afford in the city they grew up in. It is about making wealthy speculators even wealthier. Affordable housing is not his concern.

@Galadriel902 @CowynW @loveyourcake They're obviously advocating for a more 'left' leaning approach to economic growth, but there's loads of literature out of Europe to demonstrate economic benefit long-term to subsidized childcare. I hear you re: saving to have kids. We did the same. I still support the subsidy.

I get it: patience is in short supply for TPA officers bc of the BS constantly thrown at them, so I resisted being anything short of understanding. But honestly, where's the compassion? I'd guess that a TPA officer who has lived the #chestfeeding or #pumpingmom life would waited.

from my street parking spot (that my 3 hours of paid parking had JUST expired on) before he finished ticketing the guy behind me, or I would also be ticketed. After moving my car and inquiring further, got a "that's the way the bylaws are set up". 🙄 (2/3)
