Still no update from Skoda!
Insurance company needs an Estimate from Skoda of the total damages to move further.
And skoda workshop to make it worse has asked us to make a payment of 2% of the total estimate value, in order to make an estimate.

@SkodaIndia The Dealership team is in denial if there can be anything wrong with the car. They are doing nothing. If I had received a satisfactory response, I would have never reached out to Social Media.
How do you guys deal with these situation @TataMotors @HyundaiIndia @HondaCarIndia

People are wondering why I had to go on social and just not write back to skoda directly. We reached out to Skoda, they are in denial if something was wrong with their car. They are just pushing to as an accident. But is it usual for a car to catch fire on its own?

The car was only bought in July 2022 and had 25k kms on the odo. To be on a safer side for a longer run, I had even purchased Skoda’s 4 years PEACE OF MIND package.
Is this the peace of mind I paid for ?

The event occurred at around 3:30pm and I’m grateful that no one got hurt as it could have been my parents/siblings in the car. This wasn’t my expectation when I bought a #Skoda
