ತುಳುನಾಡಿನ ಶಾಸಕರು ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧದಲ್ಲಿ ತುಳುವಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣವಚನ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದರೆ ಅದೊಂದು ಅಪರಾಧವೆಂಬಂತೆ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ತುಳು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ಸಂಬಳ ನೀಡಲು ಅನುದಾನದ ಕೊರತೆಯೆಂಬ ನೆಪ ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ತುಳುಭವನಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ದಶಕಗಳೇ ಕಾಯಬೇಕಾಯಿತು. ಯಾಕೆ ಈ ತಾರತಮ್ಯ?
