I ordered for a Football and received a cheap volleyball which was already an extremely delayed delivery.

I would like to report a cheating incident happening on @amazonIN @jagograhakjago where I have placed an order for a Kids Bed Rail which when I received I figured it has to be drilled into the bed whereas nowhere in the description they have mentioned this and Mr Aaqib from Amazon specialist team who is extremely unhelpful and is lying to me that it is mentioned and when confronted where he had no answer and is insisting that they can only accept a replacement and not return. This is clearly misleading a customer into buying a certain product without mentioning important details about it. I want to return this and want full refund.

We have still not received any revert or call from your team regarding pick up even after providing all the details you asked for 3 days ago . The non response time itself explains how poor your service is and basically you are blocking customers money
