@emirates@EmiratesSupport — my complaint was raised on 7 July, and months later I’m still chasing a response. The flight disruption was one problem; endless follow-ups another. Emails, calls, waiting, following up—repeat. Getting a response from Emirates feels like work.
40,000 ft altitude. Comedy levels sky high.
@emirates, perhaps dive into the Customer Playlist next.
Because while you’re busy entertaining passengers, I’ve been waiting since 7 July for you to do the most basic thing: look at my complaint and resolve it.
56 days of silence.
If this is your idea of customer service, the comedy really is at sky-high levels.
40,000 ft altitude. Comedy levels sky high. 😂
@emirates, you forgot the Customer Playlist.
So many of us trying to reach you, waiting for responses and chasing complaints.
At this point, we’re not just the audience — we’re the comedians.
The joke? Expecting @emiratesSupport to actually respond and resolve a complaint.
Knock knock, @emirates.
Who’s there?
A tired customer.
A tired customer who?
A tired customer who has been waiting since 7 July for @emiratesSupport to actually look at her complaint and come up with a solution.
56 days. Still knocking.
“World’s top airline.” What a joke, Emirates.
I do hope the agencies handing out those ratings are also looking at your customer complaints, unanswered posts, and the number of days customers are left chasing you for a response.
Because if this is what “top airline” customer service looks like, the rankings clearly need a reality check.
Weeks of follow-ups. Still no resolution. Just “it’s a priority.”
@emirates@EmiratesSupport
You disrupted our travel THREE times, stranded us in another country for three extra days, and made our 6-year-old miss more school than planned.
And somehow, we’re still the ones chasing Emirates for answers.
Is there actually a customer care team behind @emirates@emiratesSupport, or just a script that says “it’s a priority”?
Weeks of follow-ups. Zero resolution.
You disrupt travel. We pay. Then we chase.
We travelled with our 6-year-old and, because Emirates kept changing our schedules, had to travel to another Schengen country just to get home.
And now? Weeks of follow-ups. No resolution. No answers. Just “it’s a priority” on repeat.
Your disruption became our problem. Your silence became our burden.
@emirates@EmiratesSupport
56 days since 7 July. Still waiting.
The dedication to avoiding a resolution is genuinely impressive. If only @emirates and @emiratesSupport had the same zeal to connect with customers and solve their issues.
56 days, countless follow-ups, zero resolution. Apparently, customers are expected to wait indefinitely.
US Open: serves, rallies, match points. 🎾
Emirates Support: “high priority follow-up”… followed by absolutely nothing.
@emirates@emiratesSupport — impressive consistency. Just not where it matters.
@emirates@sport24live US Open: live action.
Sports 24: live action.
My Emirates complaint: still buffering.
@EmiratesSupport at this point, even a tennis match has better follow-through.
“Again pushed your request as a high-priority follow-up.”
Kamaal kar diya, Emirates. 👏
Two months, multiple follow-ups, and my complaint is still being “pushed” around.
At this rate, the complaint will reach retirement before it reaches a resolution.
@emirates@EmiratesSupport
@emirates Apparently @emirates doesn’t have enough customer care staff, but plenty of content writers.
No worries — I’ll keep a content writer too, just to follow up on my complaint.
Two months and counting. Let’s see who runs out of content first.

@emiratesSupport
“Please DM us.”
So you DM them thinking, okay, let’s talk.
And they chicken out like you’ve just asked them out on a date. 😂
@emirates@emiratesSupport — apparently your customer support comes with a commitment issue.
@emiratesSupport — is ignoring a customer for nearly two months now considered customer service?
No update. No resolution. Just silence.
@emirates, this is shameful.
Shame on you, @emirates.
Two months of silence on a genuine customer complaint, yet there’s never a shortage of time for glossy promotions and social media posts.
This is not the customer service expected from a world-class airline. @EmiratesSupport
@emirates@emirates@emiratesSupport For anyone following Emirates here: this is what happens when you actually need customer service. A complaint sits unanswered for nearly two months, while the brand continues posting about how great it is. Worth knowing before you book.

@emirates@emiratesSupport You have time to tell the world how exceptional Emirates is. But apparently not enough time to answer a customer who has been waiting nearly two months for a resolution. That contrast says more than any advertisement ever could.
Why don’t you just reply, @emirates@emiratesSupport?
Being stranded in another country, having your flight rescheduled every day for three days, then being told you weren’t even sure the next flight would operate — apparently none of that matters.
And now, nearly two months of ignoring my complaint about it.
At this point, the silence is worse than the disruption.
