My Experience with The Funded Room ❤️

I failed 3 accounts… but instead of giving up, I learned from every mistake and worked on my discipline.
And then something unbelievable happened — I successfully took 3 continuous payouts 🚀

And to the people sharing negative experiences, I just want to say one thing — stop gambling and start following proper risk management & rules. If you trade with discipline for even 15 days, you can definitely achieve good payouts too.

My experience with @TheFundedRoom has been genuinely positive, and I appreciate what the team has built.

However, I have one concern.

Your policy states that the challenge fee is refunded after the required payouts. A trader who purchased an account through my referral has already received 4 payouts and has been waiting for the fee refund for over a month.

Support has twice replied with, "It will be processed within 7 days," but both deadlines have passed with no refund and no further update.

I respectfully request that you either:

Process the fee refund as promised, or

Update/remove the fee refund policy if it cannot be honored.

I hope this can be resolved soon. Transparency and trust are what make a prop firm strong.

I’d like to give a personal suggestion.

Trustpilot may continue removing reviews from time to time, and there’s not much control over that. Instead of depending entirely on a third-party platform, it might be better to add a review system directly on your website.

You could allow reviews only from customers who have actually purchased an account. This would ensure that all feedback is genuine and verified.

If you implement this feature, many of us would be happy to share our honest experiences and feedback there. It would help build trust, transparency, and a stronger community around The Funded Room.
