@Emandeli Having gluten in your diet or being on a gluten-free diet shouldn’t affect a faecal calprotectin result. Faecal calprotectin isn’t the right test for coeliac disease - a TTG blood test (on a gluten-containing diet) is needed to diagnose coeliac disease.
