For the last few weeks, I've been making a game with SDL3.
I'm envisioning a rail shooter with varied environments and a cohesive narrative, like a spiritual successor to Star Fox 64 but structurally deviant enough to hopefully breathe some new life into the genre.
After I'm done implementing subsystems like level chunk handling and skeletal animation, I'm looking forward to diving more into what's aesthetically and game-mechanically exciting.
I'll be posting regular updates here, and looking forward to feedback and interest. I haven't really decided on a name yet, but for now, it's called "Dust Devils."
A fun #Streetfighter6 group mashup I did when Alex was coming out to put SF6 on his back.
I did it with watercolor on cheap sketchbook paper, with the intent to scan it and finish it digitally. I might still do that... later
i have since beaten quake, it was good! the ending was a little underwhelming though lol
onto the original doom, then i'll probably go back and play scourge of armagon once i finish it
