@YosuepEstebanX Hate to say it but your body fat % moved maybe 2% 3% your lighter probably healthier but % wise your still similar body fat. You have lost 29kg in WEIGHT not FAT this is probably a 60/40 muscle to fat ratio. You now have a good base to keep your weight the same and put on muscle.
