HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT???
I’m travelling alone with a one year old and a three year old. We broke down on the motorway 120 miles from home. RAC picked us up 2 hrs later, dumped us at Hartshead Services at 8pm and left us there! No contact til 12am to say no recovery available!
