@EvinKnowsBall This is the ultimate “Evin Knows No Ball at all” take, you think a go route is just a race, it’s not, it’s about accelerating at the right time so that he can use his back to shield the defender while also accelerating through the ball. Dumbass.
@tezah__ Explained for all non football players: Devonta knows how much space he has to the back of the end zone, so ran stride for stride until the ball was in the air (Jalen threw him open) then just put on the turbo for 5 steps to catch up to the ball and used back to shield defender
Perhaps the NCAA moment of the day...
The player on the right in this interaction is 6'8 btw 😳
Prairie View A&M's Hassane Diallo:
(*looks in awe*)
"You a freshman?"
7'8 Olivier Rioux:
"Yep."
Diallo:
"You BIG boy!"
(*silence*)
"Where you from?"
Rioux:
(*pause*)
"Canada."
Diallo:
(*looks in awe again*)
@usanewshq Kid has ice stuck in his shirt the mj prob put down his shirt (harmless gag) he gets the ice out then hits the back of the kids knees with the ice (another normal thing people do) the comments I’m reading have to be majority slow ppl
People act like bell invented patience, the best backs all have a clock in their head in those first few steps, gotta wait for the blocks to be make to follow them
