@canadaposthelps Hi, my parcels keep getting delivered to a canada post location that’s 20-min away from my address when there’s one location that’s only 10-min away. How do I reroute my parcels to the location closer to me? Thanks!
@ONCustServ my order has been showing “ready to go” since Sep 10! This is ridiculous. I placed them for an upcoming vacation that is in 3 days! All items are gonna go straight to returns, that is if they ever got delivered 🤦🏻♀️😡

@Zipcar the only way to make membership changes is to call you but no one ever picks up my call after being on hold for 20+ mins! This is atrocious!! I need to speak to someone!
@AirCanada We did. The plane thats supposed to bring our luggage arrived 5 hrs ago. No update on the online tracker. We also spoke to an AC agent, no update. This is very disappointing. It’s been almost 36 hrs & we’ve been wearing the same clothes since Oct 18!!
