Yesterday, we delivered another complaint to the DPP about the failure of his office to transfer the files involving our civilian comrades from military courts to civil courts as directed by the Supreme Court on 31st January, 2025. Most unfortunate that more than a year later, the fate of these citizens continues to hang in balance. They're neither before the military courts nor the civil courts. The civil courts keep telling us that they can not entertain their bail applications until their files are formally transferred by the DPP. Such a travesty of justice!
