imagine how terrifying it must be for pheem to love someone when her biggest fear is watching that person destroy themselves, and even more painful when that person becomes the reason her fears come true. pheem was trying so hard to trust pan despite everything she had been through, only for pan to bring her right back to the very wound she was trying to heal from.

and that’s what makes this so heartbreaking. pheem wasn’t just trying to save pan. she was also trying to convince herself that this time, loving someone wouldn’t end with her getting hurt all over again💔
