Welcome to the Monster Upscale Project! We are a group of people who aim to make Naoki Urasawa's Monster as beautiful as possible! We are upscaling it to 1080p HD with sub and dub, with Spanish and Arabic subtitles in the works. We would be honored if you would join our community
