Apparently people think that forcing people to relive trauma over and over is helpful to dealing with PTSD/CPTSD. As someone who actually has CPTSD this horrifies and aggravates me. You can't "cure" trauma, it's about management.

@stanzipotenza Most places will give employees coffee for free anyways, so I would just think of it as giving one of your coffees to your favourite customer. Besides, coffee gets refreshed on a regular basis most places, so you were just giving coffee that might otherwise have gone to waste 🤷‍♀️
