Having faced weather delays, questionable reliability of players, and an overall lack of soccer infrastructure such as local leagues, we are going to postpone our club's 1st season to 2025/26. Lower league ⚽ is in a grim place in Louisville, a city this size deserves better.

@Ollie285098 I was basically their only fan after that era, they went on a long hiatus only to return in a weaker league and not win once. Then their coach relocated and now there are no signs of Metro still being active. That is why Pope Lick Monsters is starting up.

We're having a go again at 5-a-side on Monday, weather permitting. Still haven't gotten through to the local arena soccer leagues we were hoping to join as they are probably already full, backup plan is joining a local futsal league if we can find enough reliable players soon.
