TODAY @MontCoCERT hosted a public training event at PSHQ @GburgMD Participants learned about staying safe while helping in an emergency, how to make a good 911 call & how to safely assist at the scene of an auto accident. Attendees also learned & practiced hands only CPR.

It has been a very hot and busy week here at Montgomery CERT. Here are a couple of rehab missions we assisted at over the past week:

Tuesday, July 25 & July 28. CERT 700 unit was on hand for both events.

Tuesday, August 1: Montgomery County CERT was at the National Night Out in Olney. It was a beautiful evening and a well-attended event, with long lines forming of kids (and their parents) to get a close look at CERT 700!
