@virginmedia Just been told earliest date is the 28th. Nearly another two weeks wait, a month later than the original installation date. Unacceptable with working from home requirements and potential loss of income. We specifically booked this installation a month in advance to secure install

@virginmedia after booking installation on the 9th of December and external installation being confirmed finished in the house were moving to we were sent a text today, the day before we move in to tell us it has been cancelled and the work won't be done on the 7th like planned.

@virginmedia Just that we again have to wait for the pre install team to complete what they said they completed on the 29th December.

@virginmedia So engineer turned up today and told me that he can't do the work as although the system said the cable had been routed to the house it was not done, so now I'm without Internet for longer after waiting two weeks? This is an absolute shitshow.

Now iv been on and off hold for 1 hour 15 and counting. This is unacceptable. Being told that the next available date for installation is 18th jan. We both have to work from home and we were assured when setting up it would be ready.
