@UKAirband @dj_vivid How about refunding all your customers in Shropshire, Herefordshire and beyond because of days and days over the last couple of months of no service?
How about issuing them an apology?
How about an explanation?
Look at your logs - it's genuinely appalling how often it's down
@UKAirband @dj_vivid I would genuinely love to know whether there is actually anyone working outside of the super late time of 5pm?
I have called SO many times and not a single time had some answer.
@dj_vivid @UKAirband It's appalling isn't it.
Everything you describe is my experience, so at least you are not alone.
Genuinely the worst customer experience in my living memory.
@jcrowthermaths @over_drawn@taylorda01@DrewSherratt23@LaSalleEd@RJS2212@StudyMaths@maths180@mathsjem This is the method I would use.
Am sure there is a good explanation of why it works, although I ask myself does it matter to/that they know?
What's wrong with a procedure?
I have struggled to understand some maths teachers dislike of effective 'procedural' methods.
Was in Berlin on Sunday, going to small gathering where host asked us to get a test as precaution. Got a test. Results by email in 15 min. All free. Testing site was portacabon on side of the road. Hassle free, no drama. Negative, no brainer. Everyone happy. Life goes on.
This new piece in the FT shows that, compared to our peers in Western Europe, the UK is:
- less likely to wear masks
- using public transport more
- more likely to attend large gatherings
- slower vaccinating 12-17s

@BulbUK I am over £100 in credit, used £38 last month and you have just emailed me to say you are massively increasing my monthly payments due to my usage.
What is this nonsense?
Crazy week in my new school.
I’ve had kids ask ME how I am, offer to hold door for me, not talk when I’m talking, follow instructions first time every time, thank me for the lesson.
Is this real life? Is this what happens with high expectations and a warm-strict approach?
