@WestJet flight 1427 landed at 7:54pm and luggage took until 10pm at the YYC airport. That's way too long! You can't expect people to wait 2+ hours for luggage in an area with no seating!

@FlyYYC We were on WS1401 today and previously came home on WS124 on Jan 10/22 and both times baggage was extremely slow (more than 45 minutes both times). Overall the last 5 times we have flown through the luggage has always been 30+ minutes.
