@GraceGym_ All 4 are terrible flooring options & better for a wall or backsplash. Use large tiles on the floor to minimise grout lines, because smaller tiles won’t work well with foot traffic. I’d recommend LVT or vinyl flooring. Please don’t use any of this tile.

@janweller @EdwardJDavey But…the rent proceeds benefit the taxpayer. A different tenant would pay substantially higher market rent that would benefit the taxpayer. The real point is that he’s a spoilt overgrown, entitled man-child who has misused funds at taxpayer expense for decades.
