Too often teachers are hired for strengths but then managed for weaknesses.
Effective leaders focus more on developing strengths than just focusing on weaknesses. Itβs their strengths that make them amazing!
And here is my first lightboard setup!! Note, just 1.5 days ago I learned of the existence of lightboard (and OBS), built my own small test, learned OBS, so my lighting/delivery/backdrop/etc need some work, but I think this could make for fantastic online classes this fallππ
@PrincipalProj@MsaThorne There are just so many good ideas out there, but we can't use them all. We have to be selective and use what we've selected as well as possible.
