@Variety If you know the true story regarding his innocence, you don't have to have any qualms about artist vs person. He's a genius and he's innocent.
All dramatic films will have some "inaccuracies" to present an engaging story. But that's art. Tarantino's obviously skewed histories are presenting an artistic interpretation. Drama is "what if..?" -- not "what happened?" Film is art, not accuracy. :-) #film#art
it’s fun that perhaps the most underrated american filmmaker in modern memory (whit stillman) made perhaps the best comedy in recent memory (damsels in distress) and no one outside of greta gerwig completists watch it. and by fun i mean sad.
@jennybizh @itsJeffTiedrich It is still bothering me. I mean, who in the world can (cryptically yet overtly) *discourage* voting and still win. I don't think even Trump can do that without "assistance."
@DannyDrinksWine I'd love to see this film used in business classes to teach management and problem solving. Each samurai contributes to the "project" in a significant way.
#MarcellusWilliams faces execution on 9/24 for a crime that DNA proves he didn’t commit. Join me, @innocence, and @the_mip in taking action to prevent this irreversible injustice. #SaveMarcellus https://t.co/0jKiuhQwqU
