@DaniAndi4 I would still be running that ministry if I hadn’t been asked to step down for something trivial and personal.. so another word of advice would be to exercise grace with your young adults. They are experiencing a lot and may sometimes slip.

@DaniAndi4 I’ve been out of the church for a few years now and have done some church hopping but before that I had started a young adult ministry for 18-30 year olds at my home church. My advice- keep it casual and genuine and stop trying so hard. Sweat pants ministry for sweatpants people.
