@PHIUS1 Wow, great project !! Massachusetts has a great program incentivizing multi-family large commercial passive house projects, kudos to Massachusetts !! State of Vermont needs to get on the ball and start a similar program for VT developers.

@PHIUS1 This passive house build has a wind and air tightness system by #Partel . All insulation above grade is wood fiber, the siding is Vermont hemlock carbonized by the homeowners over a wood fire. Homeowners are cozy in the winter ,cool in the summer and NetZero . 🏡🌎☀️
