@manish_tiwary Worst service rendered by the delivery partner. Amazon is becoming worst nowadays in delivering the packages and customer service also has become very bad. Nobody bothers to solve the query.

@AmazonHelp Customer care said specialty team will investigate and get you refund by 31 July. Now when I reach out to them, they just send templatised response that some one will reach out, but there is no estimated time given. Very careless responses

@AmazonHelp I was asked to wait till July 31st and call back to customer care. I was told that they will share email id shortly so I can share video evidence. But there was no response later to that. There is no email confirmation or acknowledgement about complaint
