After Nephrectomy, 8/25 patients MRD+ (32%)
Persistently MRD negative patients with 100% NPV for recurrence

Metastatic RCC - 32/32 (100%) patients with measurable disease, were ctDNA positive.

We need to validate this prospectively, but one of the lowest shedding cancers #kidneycancer is no longer considered undetectable by ctDNA.

Quality of life data of lenvatinib plus belzutifan vs cabozantinib in advanced renal cancer (LITESPARK11) #KCRS26 @DrChoueiri @motzermd . Results showed little QOL difference in the 2 arms. QOL analysis in advanced disease is impacted by treatment tox and disease control (especially the latter). This can make detailed assessment difficult.

AI is compressing TCR engineering from years to months, and derisking the process along the way.

🧬 AI now designs T cell receptors computationally, built to fit a specific tumor antigen

🛡️ Before reaching the lab, candidates are screened against normal tissue to catch cross-reactivity early, a major driver of TCR toxicity

⚡ 2-3 years → 12-18 months

Why it matters in RCC: most tumor drivers sit inside the cell, invisible to antibody-based drugs like ADCs and bispecifics. TCRs can see them. One target here (3T-403) is expressed in 70-80% of RCC tumors and tracks with worse survival, exciting development in multiple tumor types.
