The first GPU cluster is one of the most important milestones in the Evergain roadmap. Not because "GPU" sounds impressive. Because this is where the infrastructure thesis begins moving toward an operating compute service.

Why doesn't Evergain plan to buy a mountain of GPUs immediately? Because infrastructure should follow economics.
The initial strategy is to use leased GPU clusters. As revenue develops, Evergain plans to evaluate moving toward owned hardware. That creates a more measured path: Lease → Launch → Generate Revenue → Scale → Evaluate Ownership
The objective isn't to own hardware for the sake of saying: "We own GPUs." The objective is to build a functioning compute business and make infrastructure decisions based on demand and economics.
That's a very different approach.

Who actually needs the computing power Evergain wants to provide? The answer isn't just "AI companies." The whitepaper identifies three target groups: AI companies, Startups and Enterprises.
And the infrastructure is intended to support both: Training and Inference. That means Evergain isn't trying to build one consumer AI application.
